Refund Policy

A refund policy is made to ensure all of our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. In case you are not happy with the product and want to return it and get a refund, below is the mentioned procedure to follow for a smooth experience. 

Return Eligibility

Let’s begin with the eligibility criteria within which you can request a return. The conditions that must be met include: 

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase, such as the order receipt.
  • The item should be shipped back within 31 days from the delivery date as shown by the shipping company.

Some of the items are non-refundable and cannot be returned until they are damaged or defective. For example:

  • Customized products
  • Hygiene products 

Order Cancellation

If the customers want to cancel their order, they must initiate the cancellation process within 24 hours of their order placement. If it delays the defined period, we will no longer be able to process your cancellation request. 

Return Process 

To make a return request, please contact us at Support@corvibe.com with your order number and other required details. Once the return request is accepted, our team will send you further instructions to follow and send back the item. 

Remember, if the product returned is not in the original packaging, you will only get a refund of 70% of the original price. 

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We at Corvibe do not charge a restocking fee for returns. The cost of shipping is also not reimbursed. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fee, and they will receive a refund of the original item’s price excluding the shipping fee.  

Shipping Method

We use DHL + Track and Trace services to ensure your return is properly tracked and we receive it without any issues.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility for a refund. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 2-4 business days to be processed depending on your payment provider. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you get a damaged item or the wrong one, contact us within 30 days. Please send evidence, like photos, to Support@corvibe.com. We will send you a free replacement with expedited shipping.

Customer Remorse

If you do not want the item and want to return it, you must pay for return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, check with your bank or payment provider. Refunds can take up to 4 business days to appear in your account. If you still don’t see it, contact us at Support@corvibe.com. We’ll help you resolve the issue and provide an authorization number to track the refund with your bank.
