What is Our Shipment Processing Time?
After you successfully place your order, it takes us 1-3 days to carefully process the item for shipment. Our team tries their best to send you your package as soon as possible. However, depending on your location, you can expect to receive the order within 4-6 days.
Shipment During Holidays
Usually, it takes 4-6 days to deliver a package, but during the public holidays, peak times, and unexpected circumstances, shipment processing time may take slightly longer than the defined period.
International Shipping
Corvibe provides international shipping as well. Place the order and leave the rest to us to deliver it to you in any corner of the world. Although we strive for timely deliveries, international shipments may occasionally experience delays due to certain factors.
Back-Orders and Pre-Orders
If your package includes some pre-ordered or back-ordered items, you still do not need to worry! We will send the products separately as soon as they are available or back in stock. Our team will stay in touch with you to keep you aware of the order’s status.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a notification via email or text if you have given us your phone number. We’ll provide you with a tracking number and a link where you can keep monitoring the status of your order.
Address Accuracy
To avoid any disturbance, please make sure you provide the correct address for shipment. In case there’s an error with your address, reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before your order leaves our store.
